After a purchase is made, a confirmation email will be immediately sent to you. Once your payment is verified, all domestic purchases are then shipped, within two business days with no additional charge. The package will be sent fully insured via FedEx or Malca Amit. Kazanjian insurance policy requires that all items must be signed for when delivered.

We offer returns for items received in their original condition within 10 days of purchase. Custom orders are final sale. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original form of payment, given the item(s) have been received in the original condition.
